Program Description

Barrett Financial Group sends text messages to individuals who have provided their mobile phone number and affirmatively consented to be contacted. Messages relate to career and recruitment opportunities with Barrett Financial Group, and may include:

  • Responses to your inquiry about joining Barrett Financial Group

  • Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling calls and interviews

  • Follow-up regarding your conversation or application status

  • Information about our platform, compensation structure, technology, and licensing support

This program is for career and recruitment communications only. We do not send mortgage rate quotes, loan offers, credit offers, or other consumer lending solicitations through this program.

How You Opt In

You opt in to receive text messages from Barrett Financial Group by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively consenting through one of the following:

  1. Our website. Submitting a contact or interest form on whybarrett.com that includes your mobile phone number and a consent statement.

  2. A social media lead form. Submitting a lead form attached to a Barrett Financial Group career advertisement on Facebook or Instagram, which includes your mobile phone number and a consent disclosure.

  3. Texting us directly. Sending a text message to a Barrett Financial Group program number.

  4. Verbal or written consent. Providing your consent verbally or in writing to a member of our career team.

Consent Is Not a Condition

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, of consideration for any position, or of the purchase of any goods or services. You may inquire about and be considered for opportunities at Barrett Financial Group without consenting to text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the stage of your conversation with our career team. You may receive up to 20 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Barrett Financial Group does not charge a fee for participating in this program, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages depending on your plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan or charges.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from Barrett Financial Group. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further text messages to that number.

Opting out of text messages does not remove you from consideration for a position and does not opt you out of email or telephone communications, which you may decline separately.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Supported Carriers

Accuracy of Your Information

You represent that the mobile phone number you provide belongs to you and that you are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number. If your mobile phone number changes or is reassigned, please notify us promptly at careers@barrettfinancial.com or (480) 319-9711.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these SMS Terms at any time. We will revise the "Last Updated" date above when we do. Your continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
